Events on Tap The groundhog says "6 more weeks of winter!" We say "Bring it on!" Check out these and other awesome events! Fri 2/11/2005 7:00PM Let's have another Mexican Food and
Salsa dancing night!! We'll meet at 7:00 at Casa Linda for some chips and
margaritas. Then we'll go over to the Salsa club next door for some Salsa
dancing!! 3rd Annual Un-Valentine's Day Party Sat 2/12/05 7:00pm Join your fellow COLA Club members in celebrating singledom for a holiday not designed for those who fly solo. If you’ve not had Jennifer’s cooking yet, you’d better come just for that.
Thu 2/17/2005 5:30PM It's Mix and Mingle Time! This is a great place to meet other COLA Club Members, hear about some events they have done and those that are on the calendar.
Fri 2/18/2005 7:00PM We can have up to 5 people running the marathon relay. The relay changeover gates will be every 5 miles with the team stud or studette doing 6.2 miles. There is usually a pretty good feed lot with beer at the end of the race and the post race party at the House of Blues is included. This will be a Princess Camping Event (we all stay in a hotel) & the Holiday Inn Express at Broadway on the beach has pretty good deals.
Fri 2/25/05 7:00am Get ready for a full slate of summer fun by spending the weekend at a luxurious 19th-century wilderness lodge accessible only by foot, mountain bike, or horseback.
Palmetto Trail Hike/Bike, High Hills Sat 3/5/2005 8:00AM High Hills of Santee Passage is a moderately difficult section of the Palmetto Trail winds for 14 miles thru the Manchester Forest and Poinsett State Park. You can hike or mountain bike. This area has a lot of history of the Catawba Indians & early travelers. We will meet at Stronghold and carpool and/or caravan.
Mon 3/14/2005 6:00PM Be there with your COLA Club gear. While we answer their phones and take pledges, they are airing Antiques Roadshow. We will not make any outgoing calls. In exchange, we get fed, interviewed, recognition, and fed some more! We'll be done by 9:30pm. This is easy work and everyone will get to be on TV!
